The European Commissioner Johannes Hahn will meet with representatives of parliamentary factions within the visit to Georgia.

Head of the EU Delegation to Georgia, Janos Herman said that during the visit Johannes Hani will also discuss the next Eastern Partnership Summit.

According to the assessment of the ruling team, the visit of the European Commission is especially important before the summit. State Minister for Euro-Atlantic Integration Viktor Dolidze said that important documents will be signed within the visit.

"We are at a very important stage with the EU and such visits are of great importance in this period," Viktor Dolidze said.

The visit of the Commissioner is important for the opposition too. The European Georgia intends to focus at the meetings with Johannes Hahn on the next strategic format of cooperation with the EU.

 "Johannes Hahn`s visit is a very important opportunity to start talking about what should be the next step in relations with the EU, what should be the strategic format of relations, what the pre-entry stage specifically includes, etc. Therefore, activity is very important in this regard, " - said Sergi Kapanadze.

Members of the National Movement are going to talk about constitutional amendments and other political issues at the meeting.
