The Russian Foreign Ministry criticizes the decision made by the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe on Georgia.

In the Lavrov`s Ministry the document is called "biased" and "absurd".

According to the Russian Foreign Ministry, the Committee is trying to charge Russia with responsibility for conflicting relations of Georgia with Abkhazia and South Ossetia.

According to Lavrov`s statement, the Georgian delegation systematically refuses to work constructively in the Geneva Discussions.

"In such a situation we should think seriously about the continuation of the Geneva talks in the current format," - the statement of the Russian Foreign Ministry said.
