Speaker of the Parliament of Georgia introduced the new draft of the Constitution at the public discussion . The local public had questions about distribution of mandates.

The general public discussion of the draft constitutional amendments was held in Chokhatauri.

According to Irakli Kobakhidze, the major task is not to give advantages to a winner party .

"Our task is not to give the surplus advantage to the winning party. Therefore, we can think about a reservation that will excludes any theoretical unfair development of events, "-said Irakli Kobakhidze.
