Tamar Kordzaia, The Political Secretary of the Republican Party of Georgia, calls on the Prime Minister Giorgi Kvirikashvili to sign a plebiscite.
Republican Party disseminated the statement today, which says that amended presidential elections do not reflect the political vision of Georgian citizens.
According to the opposition leader, the Georgian Dream does not listen to the society and that is why opinion polls are necessary.
"Of course, we join the demand for plebiscite, this issue turned out more important than which kind of arrangement we want in the country- presidential or parliamentarian. It turned out that citizens want to elect president directly and if Georgian Dream does not believe it , than the Prime Minister must appoint a plebiscite, "said Tamar Kordzaia said.
