One of the citizens compared the announcement, made by the Parliamentary Chairmen to Nodar Dumbadze"s novel "Me, Grandmother, Iliko and Ilarion."

"I have an impression that I have to send letter to my family members to France, who have just elected Emmanuel Macron as president, how bed is president, elected with direct elections and how good is a leader, chosen by 300 voters,"- said the citizen.
