The President of Georgia once again requested the ruling team to change the decision on the abolishment of the Security Council. The President believes that the replcement of the Security Counci with the Defence Council is dangerous in the conditions of the hybrid war carried out in the region and occupation of Georgia territory.

President"s administration see other risks in the draft constitution besides the issue of the Securiy Coucil abolishmnet. The discussion of the new record on armed forces in the new edition of the constitution was held as well. Secretary of the Security Council does not exclude that the military division may be used to disperse the rallies.

Opposition and NGO see a more dangerous trends in armed forces. Former defense minister spoke today about the attempt to create new Mkhedrioni.

Archil Talakvadze was the only member of the ruling team who answered the arguments of the opponents in the presidential palace. Majority faction leader excludes curtailing of the presidential rights and does not see problems in abolishing the Security Council.
