"If I were a member of the commission, I would not vote for it" - Levan Gogichaishvili

Members of the parliamentary majority and minority respond to the voting in the High Council of Justice. In the Georgian Dream, they continue to argue that they do not interfere in court proceedings and express their full confidence in the court system.

However, according to the member of the parliamentary majority Levan Gogichaishvili, in case of being a member of the commission, he would not vote for the judge Mikheil Chinchaladze for a lifetime.

"If I were a member of the commission, I would not vote for it. I would not vote for this candidacy, "said Levan Gogichaishvili.

The opposition accuses the ruling team of using the court for its own purposes.

Tinatin Bokuchava says that the judges appointed by the Justice Council yesterday instead of serving the law, serve the Georgian Dream.

According to the decision of the High Council of Justice, Mikheil Chinchaladze, Otar Sichinava and Shorena Kavelashvili have been appointed for three years probation period.
