Journalist accuses police of physical assault. According to Giorgi Daraselia, the patrol officer abused his powers. According to him, he was transferred to the territory of the Ministry of Interior by force where he was handcuffed for several hours and then the court fined him with 500 GEL.

According to Giorgi Daraselia, the judge has passed the judgment without the testimonies of witnesses. Daraselia is going to appeal the court decision.

Responding to the accusations, the MIA said that Daraselia did not allow the Patrol Police to perform the job and was detained for disobedience to police in accordance with all the rules of the law. The photographs are spread by Daraselia itself.
