"I think that the second part is even more brutal, with more government supporters in the hall, I do not think there will be a big result. We are asking for a plebiscite to understand people`s opinion, "- Gigi Tsereteli said.

National Movement continue to distrust public debates and call the process a farce.

"These discussions are a complete farce, a performance that is actually aimed at creating of an impression that people are taking part in a discussion of a new constitution. It is a lie, people are not participating, people are absolutely ignored and the process will end badly for the government, "- Nika Rurua says.
