Lawyers of Father Giorgi Mamaladze appealed against the decision made by the City Court on May 19th, according to which the Judge Besik Bugianashvili has removed the defense side from the courtroom.

The lawyers have filed a complaint against the chairperson of the Court of Appeals.

Attorneys argue that they have left the session due to Father Giorgi"s request, who has left the sitting in protest.
