Tbilisi Mayor Davit Narmania responds to the conclusion of the State Audit Office,which is about the land, handed to the former Chief Prosecutor-Otar Partskhaladze by the Tbilisi City Hall.

According to Davit Narmania, he is waiting for the publication of the audit report and will make a detailed comment after that.

The case concerns actions of Tbilisi City Hall, which put the company , owned by Otar Partskhaladze in a privileged position . The City Hall"s budget has lost 2 million GEL due to this decision.

The Mayor of Tbilisi says that the Tbilisi City Hall has fully handed the documentation to the Audit Service and it is not true that the Tbilisi City Hall hid the part of the documentation.

According to Davit Narmania, Tbilisi City Hall relied on the conclusions made by the experts during the transfer and replacement of the land.
