Discussion of constitutional amendments continues. Members of the ruling team and parliamentary minority are holding a meeting in Khulo at this moment. Locals demand social guarantees for the population of the mountainous region in the Constitution.

The questions were related to Adjara"s status in the new constitution. One of the citizens spoke about freedom of religion. Representatives of the majority, opposition and third sector have identified different positions in regard to the new draft.

Before traveling to Khulo, members of the Constitutional Commissian have visited Signagi. and provided the population with detailed information about the changes . The emphasis was made on the rule of presidential election and electoral system. The meeting was mainly attended by civil servants.
