The summit at the level of leaders of NATO member states is being held in Brussels today. Donald Trump and Emmanuel McConnie will participate in the summit for the first time. The US president is already in Belgium.

Before the summit, the American president will hold negotiations with EU officials, after which Trump will open new NATO headquarters and attend an opening session of the NATO Council.

the Only NATO member states are participating in one-day - long meetings, but it is not excluded that deue to the threats coming from Russia, some of the leaders may focus on the security issues of Georgia and Ukraine.
