Paolo Ali spoke about NATO-Georgian relation at the joint press conference after meeting with the Speaker of the Parliament of Georgia.

The President of the Assembly reaffirmed Georgia"s support for the Alliance and said that Georgia"s security and its defense are directly proportionate to the Western security.

Paolo Ali underlined the fact that holding the NATO Parliamentary Assembly in a non-member country is not an ordinary process. According to him, the importance of Georgia in the existing geopolitical environment is even higher.
