"Today, Georgia is ruled by a vengeful, fraudulent regime," - Gigi Ugulava said at a founding congress of the European Georgia, which is being held at the Sports Palace. He addressed the ruling t team.

He has already been elected as a party Secretary General.

"I want to address them, we have suffered enough, with only your actions you are damaging the country, so political prisoners should be released," - Gigi Ugulava said.

According to Gigi Ugulava, Ivanishvili`s government will have to move to the opposition through elections. According to him, the party`s goal is to end the "Soviet uni-party system " in the country through elections.

"We will change Ivanishvili`s regime without collapse and destruction of the country," -Gigi Ugulava said. 

Gigi Ugulava spoke about the years spent in prison. 

"I spent almost three years in jail unfairly. It was time when I thought about success and failure. It was time to think about the future. The main thing that makes me feel happy today that I do not feel like having revenge, on the contrary, I feel a lot of positive energy, "- Gigi Ugulava said.
