"Judges should choose their own chairmen," - Anna Dolidze

The Parliamentary Secretary of the President of Georgia, Ana Dolidze, spoke about the ongoing processes in the judiciary system. The administration notes that the president was still talking about threats when vetoing the package of amendments to the general courts Law. According to Anna Dolidze, the judiciary system is not transparent and is managed by one small group of people. According to her, the judges should choose their own chairmen.

"When veto was imposed by the president, we indicated that the judges needed to choose their own chairs, because one particular body, the Council of Justice, could not be in the hands of several people only," - said Ana Dolidze.
