A clear political message to the judiciary - Ana Natsvlishvili, chairwoman of the Young Lawyers Association, assesses Mikheil Chinchaladze"s appointment as the chairperson of the Court of Appeals.

The chairperson of the GYLA draws attention to the non-transparent process of election of the chairperson of the Court of Appeals and states that the judiciary system is composed by political will of odious figures.

NGO Transparency International - Georgia also speaks about clan rulership in the judiciary system.

A joint report of the Georgian Young Lawyers` Association and Transparency International Georgia will be published today.
