The civil sector criticizes the government`s initiative to abolish self-governing cities and asks for a meeting with the Prime Minister. Non-governmental organizations believe that the government has neglected the request to involve civil sector in the preparation and review of the issue of unification of seven self-governing cities with communities.

13 NGOs spread a joint statement and urge the Prime Minister to open discussion on the issue.
