The parliamentary minority underlines the necessity of adopting a resolution on Russia"s illegal activities in Georgia"s occupied regions and the peaceful policy of Georgia. Representatives of the opposition party criticize Georgian Dream for blocking the draft law initiated by them.
Roman Gotsiridze, chairman of United National Movement faction, does not rule out that the resolution proposed by the majority may be much lighter.
"We are afraid that this resolution will be mitigated as usual and it may not play a positive role and at the same time be a bad signal not only for Russia, but for the international community as well,"- said Roman Gotsiridze.
Sergi Kapanadze, a member of European Georgia criticizes Georgian Dream for blocking the resolution proposed by the opposition.
"I think it was a wrong move from the majority to block this resolution, only because it was proposed by the opposition. I believe that it is irresponsible step,"- said Sergi Kapanadze
