The parliament discussed the constitutional amendments today. According to the opposition, if the bonus issue is written in the constitution as the ruling party wants it, it will destabilize situation before every election.

Representatives of the ruling team answered the parliamentary opposition. The Georgian Dream is saying that they are reviewing the public opinion and will finally get the refined constitution.

"We intend to systematize questions from the society, technically, to inspect and discuss these topics within the majority. This will happen in the synthesis with the Venice Commission conclusion. As a result of these actions, we will get a sophisticated, constitution oriented on progresse , "- Mamuka Mdinaradze said.
