According to the Court of Appeals the decision on 12-year prison sentence against Irakli Pirtskhalava and Giorgi Tsaadze stays in force. The decision was announced by the Judge"s Panel a few minutes ago.

The officials of the Criminal Police and Special Forces are charged with premeditated murder of Zurab Vazagashvili and Aleksandre Khubilov in 2006. Their 12 yearimprisonment was sentenced by their city court.
