Article 94 of the Constitution and the Charter of Economic Freedom is still the subject of divergence in the ruling party. Majority MP Gia Zhorzholiani still seeks to remove Article 94 from the country"s main law, according to which the decision on increasing taxes in the country will not be taken by the government, but buy the citizens through referendum.
