Attorney of detained Otar Abesadze will appeal today court decision

Otar Abesadzeis still using the right to silence. His defense has already appealed to the Court of Appeals regarding a two-month pre-trial detention.According to the attorney, the court has taken a biased decision and unjustified decision.

The attorney of the former high ranking officials of the City Hall demands to change the imprisonment for Abesadze in exchange for bail of 20 thousand GEL. Accused of Otar Abesadze is accused of taking 3.000 dollarsas a bribe.
