A discussion of the General plan of Tbilisi was followed by noisy confrontation today. The controversy occurred between the shareholders of Eliava territory and the representatives of the City Hall. The shareholders were interested in the City Hall"s plan , However the City Hall representatives avoided to answer the question.

Subsequently, the Mayor of Tbilisi, Davit Narmania made the shareholders and media representatives to leave the meeting.
