Some districts of Tbilisi and regions are not provided with electricity at the moment. According to the Georgian Electric system, the reason is the electricity shutdown of " Imereti." According to the Ministry, technical works are underway and electricity supply will be restored in the shortest possible time.

The Operational Management Department of the Georgian State Electric system states that electricity supply is partially shut down in Imereti, Guria, Shida Kartli and a small part of Tbilisi. The causes of problems are unknown.
