“At the first stage it is logical to have a meeting with political groups and parties, but it can only be one of the stages. The further steps should be a meeting and negotiations with all major constitutional bodies, as well as with public institutions and the nongovernmental sector. Any attempt to exclude any of these bodies from the process will cast shadow on the whole process," Dolidze said, "- said Anna Dolidze, Parliamentary Secretary of the President of Georgia.

Dolidze believes that the processes on constitutional amendments were in the deadlock because it washeld behind closed doors.
"It"s good that the ruling team has realized that it brought the process into the deadlock and that it started taking steps to get out of this deadlock, but it is natural that people will doubt the sincerity of the process due to what we have seen before”, she said.
