Nato will remain in Eastern Europe as long as necessary - Secretary General of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization stated in Canada in an interview to Canadian Radio CBC.

According to Jens Stoltenberg, increased of NATO`s military presence in the Eastern Partnership countries is due to Russia"s aggressive actions against Ukraine, namely the unlawful annexation of Crimea and destabilization of eastern Ukraine.

Jens Stoltenberg also spoke about the strengthening of cyber security and the importance of fighting propaganda.
