Fire near Gomi Mountaine - 2 thousand square meters of area burnt

The fire was in Ozurgeti, near the Gomi mountains. Two thousand square meters of tea plantations have been burned in the village of Gomi, Kakanauri district . Fire-rescue brigades and police crews were mobilized on the ground.

The fire was eliminated in 2 hours after it started. What caused the fire is still unknown.

It is not excluded that fires are related to the cleaning of the territory by the population.
