At the moment the charges are filed by the state security service to the person detained as a result of a special operation in Gabriel Salasi Avenue . The State Security says that the person detained within the special operation is not a citizen of Georgia but does not confirm whether he is a citizen of Russia.

The Treasury Advocate is in the State Security Service who denies the links of his client with a special operation and terrorist organization. Attorney Imeda Karkashadze says that he is a Russian citizen.

Karkashadze notes that he was detained before the special operation at Gabriel Salasi Avenue.

"His wish is that his name and surname will not be publicized. He was detained before the special operation took place, "said Karkashadze.
