A person, detained during the special operation in Tbilisi is charged under two articles of the criminal code.

As the prosecutor said before the trial at the Tbilisi City Court, the detainee is charged with the purchase, keeping and carrying of firearms for terrorist purposes.

Prosecutor Irakli Marshania does not specify the details of the case but says that there are reasons for imprisonment.

"There is a substantiated assumption that the accused is a member of a terrorist organization," prosecutor Irakli Marshania said.
