The Prosecutor"s Office of Georgia comments on Mikheil Saakashvili"s detainment in Ukraine. Natia Sukhiashvili, the Head of the Department of Public and Media Relations states that the Prosecutor"s Office has not received any information from Ukraine.

" The society is aware that the Prosecutor"s Office of Georgia has sent a request to the Ukrainian side to extradite Mikhail Saakashvili to Georgia. Further decisions should be made by the relevant authorities of Ukraine. As for the current developments, the Prosecutor General"s Office of Georgia has not received any information from the Prosecutor General"s Office of Ukraine, "Natia Sukhiashvili said.
