Ukrainian Prosecutor"s Office will appeal against the decision made by the Kiev Court on Mikheil Saakashvili`s prevention measure yesterday. The general prosecutor gave an interview to the Ukrainian TV Company.

According to Yuri Lutsenko, he disagrees with the Pechora District Court. Prosecutor claims that the prosecution has presented all the evidence needed to determine the detention of the leader of the "New Forces".

"I do not agree with the decision made by the judge regarding the custody of Saakashvili, and we have sent all the evidence to the court, but the judge has released him and I will refrain from the emotions, we will appeal against the decision," said Yuri Lucensko.
