Court of Appeal may reconsider the court decision to release Saakashvili from pretrial decision

The Prosecutor"s Office of Ukraine is going to appeal the decision of the Peche Court over releasing Mikheil Saakashvili from the pretrial detention.
The Prosecutor"s office plans to appeal to the court today. If the Court of Appeals receives a motion, one more session will be held where Judge will discuss the imposition of a preventive measure for Saakashvili.

Yuri Lutsensko disagrees with the release of the third president of Georgia. The General Prosecutor of Ukraine does not understand why Saakashvili"s criminal case is politicized. According to the Press Office of the Prosecutor"s Office, there was great pressure on Lutsenko regarding to Saakashvili"s case.
