Parties on Saakashvili"s trial have not received ruling yet

The partis on Mikheil Saakashvili"s trial have not received the reasoned ruling from the judge yet.The Defenders of the third President of Georgia are waiting for the ruling today, Howver the document has not been delivered yet.
According to the lawyers, the judge told them that he had a busy schedule and he could not write a reasonable ruling on the case.

" I have just had a conversation with the secretary of the judge. He apologized and told us that the was very busy,"- said Pavel Bogomazov.

The official agency has not received the documents on summoning Mikheil Saakashvili as well. The defense side has not decided if Mikheil aakashvili will go to the Prosecutor"s Office , because the information posted on the website of the Prosecutor"s Office has mistakes.
