Ministry of Health begins preparing paramedics

The Ministry of Health begins preparing paramedics. A group of specialists will undergo a four-month theoretical and practical course of emergency assistance.

Besides intensive theoretical training, 11 students will take a practical course with ambulance and disaster crews. After successful completion of the course, paramedics will work on high-priority, emergency medical calls.

The project will be implemented in Transcaucasia for the first time and aims to improve the quality of response to urgent cases.
