The Georgian Legion, fighting in the east of Ukraine, left the 54th Brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

The statement of the Georgian Legion on Facebook"s personal page says.

"On December 20, 2017, the Georgian Legion left the 54th Brigade
due to incompetence of commander Alexey Maestrenko and his illegal orders. We will talk about details of the operation on December 16, during which Georgian soldiers and 11 fighters of 25th battalion were wounded,at the press conference in the nearest future. We will also release the audio recording of the conversation of the commander of the 54th Brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. and head of the Georgian Legion in which the commander of the brigade talks about the dismissal of Georgian Legion members, as well as the audio recording in which Georgian Legion members are threatened, "the statement reads.

According to them, the problem is that the head of the 54th Brigade tries to deport members of the Georgian legion directly from the military hospital because they can tell the truth about his illegal orders and actions.
