Irma Chkadua, a lawyer for the juvenile who is accused of wounding two former classmates in the Red Garden, will appeal the decision of the City Court in the Court of Appeal.

The lawyer of the teenager demands to replace the imprisonment with the bail for the juvenile as a preventive measure but does not hope that the Court of appeal will satisfy her complaint.

A bloody confrontation in the Red Garden took place about a week ago.
