"GYLA" addresses court regarding Mustafa Emre Chabuk with the status of amicus

The Young Lawyers Association will appeal tothe Court regarding Mustafa Emre Chabuk as a friend of the court. The document, which will be presented by the NGO in the Court today, provides all the grounds based on which the country can not decide to extradite a person.

The document also reviews the alarming situation in terms of human rights protection in Turkey, which the court must take into consideration.

Coordinator of the Legal Aid Center of Georgian Young Lawyers" Association, Nona Kurdovanidze notes that there is a high probability that in case of extradition to Turkey, Chabul will be tortured.
