Court of Appeals of Kiev discusses the legitimacy of Mikheil Saakashvili"s stay in Ukraine

The Kyiv Court of Appeals resumed discussion of the legitimacy of the third president of Georgia"s stay in Ukraine several minutes ago. The defence side requests the court to grant to Mikheil Saakashvili the status of a person with a need for additional protection.

An appeal of Saakashvili"s lawyers is considered today, according to which the former president"s lawyers demand transparency of the membership of the three-member panel of judges.

Mikheil Saakashvili himself was not present at the meeting hall at this time
