According to the opposition, the Council of Justice is governed by clan

The parliamentary opposition responds to the critical statements made by Anna Dolidze in the Council of Justice. According to the opposition, There is a clan governance in the Supreme Council of Justice and the result is the confrontation between judges and non-judge members.

"This body has turned into a small group which pursues the governmental policy. It is a small clan. Therefore, any novelty is unacceptable for the majority of members of this council," said Sergi Kapanadze, member of "European Georgia".

According to the opposition, the members of the Council try to hinder Anna Dolidze to assess judges" real activities.

"It is evident that in our court system there is a clan governance of judges who perform direct orders of government," said Salome Samadashvili, a member of United National Movement.
