The Geneva Court found guilty former banker of the Credit Suisse Group AG, Patric Lescadaro, who was accused of manipulations which resulted in the loss of 143 million Swiss francs ($ 152 million) for  his client, including Bidzina Ivanishvili,

Bloomberg reports that the Geneva Court sentenced Patric Lecadadron to a five-year prison sentence on Friday.

Although Lescadron denies receiving any benefit from illegal transactions, a 54-year-old banker has been found guilty and the judge said he has misappropriated over 30 million francs as a result of these operations.

Bidzina Ivanishvili is one of the six clients who suffered from Leskadron"s actions.
