State Audit Office report included the works carried out by the Tbilisi City Hall during the year 2015 .

By the order of Tbilisi City Hall 400 thousand trees were planted in 2015, which cost more than 800 thousand GEL. The Tbilisi budget paid a separate amount for digging 91 thousand pits while only 72 thousand trees were planted.

The former Mayor of the capital responded to the conclusion and noted that the relevant services were responsible for counting of the pits .

Tbilisi Mayor Kakhi Kaladze does not want to speak about the past and says that Tbilisi City Hall is currently implementing reforms in the direction of greening.

The majority of Tbilisi Sakrebulo members do not rule out that after the conclusion of the Audit Office in Tbilisi City Hall, public servants will leave their posts.

The facts presented in the report of the State Audit Office are alarming to the opposition and they note that the question of responsibility of the former mayor must be raised.

The State Audit Office will send the materials to the Chief Prosecutor"s Office, presumably on Monday. According to the conclusion of the main controlling agency, the marks of the crime are related to the tenders held by the City Hall during this period.
