3 million dollars and distribution of shares - "Netgazeti" writes on developments in TV Pirveli

"Netgazeti" publishes the article about the events developments in regard to TV Pirveli, reflecting developments on February 10.

The article reads that on February 10, businessman Temur Ugulava purchased 50% of shares of "TV Pirveli" owner - Vakhtang Tsereteli for one million US dollars. Temur Ugulava has been officially registered as 50% shareholder, while Tengiz Peradze remains the owner of the remaining 50% of shares.

According to Netgazeti, Tengiz Peradze is a relative of Temur Ugulava, as well as Vakhtang Tsereteli and his father Avtandil (Chuta) Tsereteli.

According to the Public Registry, Vato and Avtandil Tsereteli own several companies together with Peradze and therefore were business partners. Tengiz Pheradze has close business ties with Temur Ugulava. According to the publication, Tengiz Pheradze is the person entrusted with Vakhtang Tsereteli who owns Tsereteli"s share in "Adjarabet" .

The author of the article says that Temur Ugulava paid $ 3 million for another company as well; On the second day of the deal, on February 11, Vato Tsereteli told the NGOs that he has agreed with Temur Ugulava on all controversial businesses andthey had nothing in common any more.
