Zviad Ratiani appeals decision of Self-Regulation Council at the Board of Trustees of the Public Broadcaster. Lawyers from Georgian Young Lawyers" Association will represent his interests. The case refers to the video footage of Zviad Ratiani"s detention, uploaded on the website of the Public Broadcaster.

The Self-Regulatory Council has only partly satisfiedRatiani"s complaint and removed the controversial video from the website, although management still does not admit that there was any violation.

According to Ketevan Mskhiladze, member of the Board of Trustees of the Georgian Public Broadcaster, she disagrees with the first decision. According to her, the right to privacy was violated.
