Nazi Janezashvili, the non-judge member of the Council of Justice, appeals to the Council and calls on the Batumi City Court to investigate the facts of possible pressure on the judge.

Nazi Janezashvili plans to raise the issue at today"s session.

Irakli Shavadze stated that the High Council of Justice named as the reason for refusing him to be appointed is his confrontation with the Chairman of Batumi City Court.

According to Judge Shavadze, Chairman of Batumi City Court Davit Mamiseishvili has repeatedly tried to influence his court decision.
