Tbilisi City Court imposed preliminary custody on the attackers on Rustavi 2 as a preventive measure. The Prosecutor"s Office addressed the Court with the motion to apply towards all six detainees imprisonment as a preventive measure.

Investigation is in progress under Article 239 of the Criminal Code of Georgia, which implies preliminarily planned hooliganism.

As a result of the developments in Rustavi 2, there are 6 persons detained. Two of them have been charged. Luka Natsvlishvili is accused of damaging the item belonging to another person and Goga Oniani is accused of beating and violence.
