The general plan of Tbilisi was discussed at the Parliament without authors and opposition. The Tbilisi Mayor introduced the remarks on the main document on land use only to his teammates. The session was closed for journalists too. As the Tbilisi Mayor announced after the meeting, the City Hall will make a decision on Monday.

"We are obliged to inform the society about the existing situation in regard to this document. By the way, the City Institute has the obligation to hold public meetings in this regard as well. I know that a meeting-presentation will be arranged by them on Friday and we will definitely attend it," -Kakha Kaladze said.

Vato Shakarashvili, the member of the Tbilisi City Council said that he had received all answers from the City Mayor. As for the opposition"s enactment, Vato Shakarishvili states that the minority is disposed to destructive action.
