Residents of Kutaisi social housing are asking for help. They say the walls are soaked in water and cracked, the smell from the sewage is unbearable. The elevator is in a terrible state and the building does not have any emergency exit .

The locals demand to allocate alternative space. In the City Hall they say that a commission was created which will study the situation in the building.
