The Ministry of Internal Affairs carried out another special operation as a result of cooperation with Europol.

According to the agency, this time, a special operation was held in Georgia.

In agreement with Europol, on April 19, in Tbilisi and Kakheti, three members of the criminal world have been detained, who have been actively involved in coopertaion with so-called Georgian lawful thieves, were taking orders from them and acted in accordance with the rules established by the "thieves" world".

The investigation is in progress under 223 Prima Article of the Criminal Code of Georgia, involving the membership of the criminal underworld. The crime committed by the detainees envisages from 5 to 8 years of imprisonment.
