Vladimir Putin is expected in occupied South Ossetia for the 10th anniversary of the August war.
The leader of the occupation regime gave an interview to The Izvestia newspaper.
According to Anatoly Bibilov, , along with the Russian president, Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev was invited who signed the decree on recognition of South Ossetia` independence in 2008.
Russian Defense Minister and the leader of the occupied Abkhazia are also expected in Tskhinvali.
During the interview Anatoly Bibilov spoke about the desireof South Ossetia to join the Commonwealth of Independent States .
Bibilov blamed the Georgians in provocations on the border.
